1501 to 2000 square feet: $500.00

Pre-Construction and Post-Construction Surveys:

Up to 1500 square feet: $350.00
1501 to 2000 square feet: $400.00

Investigative Inspections:

Starting at $400.00
*Note: Fees are based on individual inspection requirements and time spent. Base price includes up to 2 hours on site. Travel charges will vary based on location.

Thermal Imaging:

A full-home thermal imaging scan can be viewed on-site for an additional $250.00. You may choose to add your thermal scan images to the report for $25 per picture. The Thermal Imaging service is available at the time of booking or if you decide later during the inspection.

As a standalone service, thermal imaging fees vary depending on the extent and nature of the inspection/investigation. Fees start at $350. Call for a more specific quote.

Payment:

Written acceptance of our standard Limitations and Conditions Agreement is required prior to undertaking the inspection. A written inspection report will be provided once payment in full has been received. We accept cash and e-transfer.
